"The old country invite, "Y'all come, you hear" has been extended to the whole world from Silver Dollar City. Once called Olde-Country Folk Festival, celebrating the European roots of the Ozarks' settlers, the City's opening festivities became World-Fest in 1994. Springtime in the Ozarks now means welcoming musicians and performers in colorful costumes from around the globe for a month-long celebration."
