Silver Dollar City Foundation and
Giving From The Heart Outreach Programs

Giving From the Heart encompasses the spirit as well as the objective of the outreach projects of the Silver Dollar City Foundation and the Silver Dollar City Attractions. The goal of our outreach programs is to care for each other, for the community and for the environment, blessed by the hand of God.

We at Silver Dollar City Attractions are committed to being good stewards of the blessings we have been given. Through giving of ourselves, our time and our financial gifts, we seek to be the "salt of the earth" and "light of the world," especially in our home community of Stone and Taney counties in Missouri's Ozark Mountain Country. Meeting the needs of kids and families is the primary focus of our projects and programs.

The community support and outreach to kids and their families began over four decades ago after the Silver Dollar City theme park was launched. Programs such as Discipleship Focus, Christian Associates, Christian Action Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, Youth Life, Young Life and more were supported with financial gifts and volunteer assistance from Silver Dollar City's owners and employees.

As the theme park grew into Herschend Family Entertainment with multiple properties in Branson and other states, the area projects supporting kids and families grew too. Current projects include:
